(2.) In-home/office Consultation with Designer and Contractor

In-home/office consultation with both designer and contractor to determine the full scope of work to prepare a complete project estimate.

(3.) Planning & Pricing- Preparing the Pre-Construction Agreement

Planning each phase of the renovation and pricing all elements needed for the renovation project. Preparation of the pre-construction agreement.

(4.) Sourcing & Collaborating

All sourcing and procurement necessary for the project.

(5.) Contract Signing to begin project

Meeting at Sovrano Home Inc. to sign the construction contract.

(6.) Implementation/Construction Phase

Implementation of all trades and phases of construction completed.

(7.) Evaluation & Finishing Touches

Reviewing the home with client to ensure all aspects of the project have been completed to our high standards at any deficiencies are noted.

(8.) Project Completion

The final hand-off! This is the exciting part, get ready to live in your new home!
